When can I order?
We open orders to the waitlist first, in small groups. You get an email when your slot is ready.
What kind of photo do I need?
One clear photo where faces, hair and clothes are easy to see. Phone photos are fine. You can send more than one photo of the same person or pet.
Can I put several people and pets on one figure?
Yes. One base holds up to four people or pets. For a bigger group, ask us and we will plan a wider base.
Can I make a figure of a pet who has passed away?
Yes. Many people ask for this. Send your favorite photo and tell us anything we should know, such as a collar or a favorite toy.
What happens to my photos?
We use your photos only to make your figure. We do not share them or use them for anything else without your permission.
